Welcome home
I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor & Trained in EMDR. I specialize in Trauma, Eating Disorders, Addiction, and Co-Occurring Disorders.
I integrate evidence-based approaches with mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical coping strategies, drawing from modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing.
My interventions are strength-based, attachment-focused and sensitive towards women’s issues.
J'offre aussi des services en français.
My Approach
I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down enough to reconnect with your soul, beneath the noise and expectations.
My approach is warm and collaborative. I see you as the expert on your own experience, while bringing clinical knowledge, curiosity, and gentle direction to help you understand yourself in new ways. Together, we can explore the experiences that have shaped you, make sense of patterns that may no longer serve you, and create space for more authentic ways of living.
I hold a College Diploma in Social Work, an Honours Bachelor of Social Work with Specialization in Social Work and a Minor in Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, which I completed in 2023.
I’ve had the privilege of connecting with individuals and communities across a range of settings. I bring many years of experience working in an addiction treatment centre, facilitating eating disorder support groups, volunteering in community organizations, schools and housing services. I had the opportunity to walk alongside individuals through complex experiences of trauma and recovery, and these experiences have reinforced my belief that meaningful change often happens within spaces where we feel safe enough to be seen and understood.
Most importantly, you don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. My hope is to offer you a pause ; a space where you can reconnect with what matters to you and gradually move toward feeling a more grounded and confident self.
Anchored in yourself.
A space for healing, connection, and authentic living.
